Payment Terms and Conditions
You agree to comply with our guidelines, rules, and policies regarding the purchase of products through the website. Besides, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the changes published on the platform. The payment terms and conditions will apply to purchase orders and payment made between you and the seller.

  1. You agree to pay for products by credit or debit card that can be used for a legal settlement
  2. You agree not to cancel the payment later unless you receive a product that does not appropriate to the agreement, the product has not been delivered within the shipping period, or the product you receive is significantly different from the seller description
  3. You acknowledge the Refund Policy of a payment that are successfully paid, this can be done only when the seller agrees and notifies the refund request.
  4. You acknowledge all refunds to be made through the original payment method and to the person making the transaction.
  5. You acknowledge no guarantee that the refund will be credited to your account on time. The refund process may take time and depends on each bank and/or the payment service provider who process the refund.

Product Exchange Service

The Company does not accept returns or exchanges in any case except for errors caused by shipping or manufacturing defects. The Company is pleased to offer exchanges or returns within 14 days after receiving the product under the following conditions:


Case 1: Products eligible for exchange at no cost (Please review the note on resale condition requirements*)
1. The Company delivered the wrong product compared to the most recent confirmed order details.
2. The product is defective, damaged, or unusable due to manufacturing issues or shipping damage, for example, a purchased water ionizer that cannot be powered on or cannot produce alkaline water.

Case 2: Products that are not eligible for exchange or return in all cases
2.1 Water filter cartridges
2.2 Products that have been opened and used
2.3 Water ionizers that have been opened, installed, or used
2.4 Water ionizers that cannot produce alkaline water due to acidic source water. This is considered an issue caused by the raw water source and is not related to the water ionizer itself.

Case 3: Customers who wish to upgrade to a higher-priced water filtration model

This is possible only if the original unit has not been registered, installed, or used.


Note: Resale Condition Requirements*

-  The exchanged product must be in resale condition, meaning it must be free from any changes, defects, or damage. It must include all documents such as the product box, manual, warranty card, warranty documentation set, and all accessories, and must be packed in its original packaging in the same condition as delivered by the Company.

-  For water ionizer products, if damage occurs or the unit cannot be powered on upon receipt, please notify our staff immediately upon discovery. The Company will inspect the unit before sending a replacement or performing repairs in accordance with the products warranty terms.
