Kangen Water Product Line Changes for 2026
This year, Enagic made a major update to its alkaline water machine lineup, discontinuing older models and launching new ones to replace them, as follows.
SD501 (in production since 2004) and SD501-Platinum have been discontinued, with SD501-DX now taking their place. This new model still uses 7 electrolysis plates, just like the original SD501, but has been upgraded with easier operation, a more modern design, and a larger Electrolysis Enhancer. Important Notes Before Ordering a Filter
The HG-N and F8 filters are no longer sold. If your machine previously used an HG-N or F8 filter, order the FC-1 filter as a replacement - they are interchangeable.
